Registering for eBranch – home banking on your personal computer:
Register for eBranch – online access to your accounts. Once you have set up eBranch, you will be able to download Mobile eBranch on your smart phone for Mobile Deposit and fingertip access to your accounts.
Click on the Access eBranch Button on the upper right-hand of this page. Then click on “Enroll” in the upper right-hand corner and follow the prompts. For a screen-by-screen example of Registering for eBranch click HERE.
Accessing your account information thru audio response Zip24:
Directions for setting up your Zip24 access:
- Call your local branch phone number (or 800.865.0445) Press 4
- Press 1 for touch-tone access.
- Press 1 for Account Balance.
- It will ask you for your Member Number.
- Zip24 will state that you do not have a PIN & will ask you to enter your full Social Security Number.
- It will then ask you to choose a 4 digit PIN.
- Then you will be asked to re-renter your PIN. You’re good to go!
Updates:
Credit Report Alerts – UPDATE March 10 – You may have received a credit report ‘alert’ about a change made to your credit report by CPCU. Due to the merger all SSCCU loans are being renamed & reported to the credit bureau as CPCU/CHR POSTCU rather than SSCCU. EVERYTHING else stays the same; nothing has changed except the name from SSCCU to CPCU/ CHR POSTCU. Your loan(s) payment amounts; the loan balance(s) on your credit report stays the same. There is nothing you need to do, nor any corrections you need to make. If you would like to talk directly to a CPCU team member about this please call us.
Shared Branching
If you use Shared Branches to access your accounts, after April 1, 2016 you will need to ask for “CPCU or Carolina Postal Credit Union” at the Shared Branch instead of saying Southern Select. The shared branching system will only have Carolina Postal Credit Union listed as an available credit union.
