In addition to CPCU branch locations, members have access to over 50 branch locations in North Carolina and over 4,000 locations nationwide as part of the Shared Branching Network! Please note: Due to increased fraud and identity theft, these centers/outlets take extra precautions for your protection Check-holds are placed on ALL Service Center deposits and cannot be released by CPCU. Need Check Copies? New Format as of 2/4/08: If you need a copy of a check that cleared BEFORE February 4th, 2008, you will need to contact an Account Manager at 1.800.865.0445. Due to Federal regulatory changes (known as Check 21) check copies will no longer be available online in a "gray-scale" but pure black & white copies. Due to the format changes for the new black & white copies, older versions of cleared checks will need to be ordered through us.
