CPCU'S eBranch (Online or Home Banking) gives you control of your financial life. View your finances online anytime, day or night, from home, work, or on the road.

To sign up for eBranch please click here.  After filling out the secure form and submitting it, you will be personally contacted by an Account Manager to set up your eBranch access.

What can you do with CPCU's free eBranch?

  • View savings, checking, and loan balances
  • View account transactions
  • View processed checks online
  • View, download, or print your monthly statement
  • Transfer funds among accounts
  • Schedule future transfers and recurring transfers
  • Receive notifications of account balances, cleared checks, and maturity dates
  • Change your address
  • Stop payment on non-cashed checks
•    New – you can name your CPCU accounts! (for example: Joe's College Account)
•    New – easy download to spreadsheets, word processing, Microsoft Money or Intuit Quickbooks!
•    New – you may choose how much information is shown on your screen about your account.
•    New – email alerts, re-order checks, and send us a secure message anytime!

What do you need to access eBranch? (Online or Home Banking):

  • Internet connection
  • Secure browser (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer)
If you are not signed up for CPCU's free eBranch simply contact a CPCU Account Manager at any branch location or click here to submit your request.

Attention Windstream Users:  You May Have Problems Accessing CPCU eBranch!
If Windstream is your ISP and you are having problems accessing CPCU eBranch, we have a solution.  The below instructions were written for Windows XP.  If you have a different operating system, the instructions will vary slightly.

1) Click on the Start button.

2) Under the Settings section, click on Network Connections.

3) Right click the Local Area Connection icon, and choose properties.

4) Click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) then click on the Properties button.

5) Select Use the following DNS server addresses:

    A) Primary DNS Server: 128.107.241.185

    B) Alternate DNS Server: 192.135.250.69
